5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
• A deposit may be required to secure services
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Taxes and additional fees will be clearly communicated

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Event cancellations require minimum 30 days notice for partial refund
• Celebrity booking cancellations may incur non-refundable fees
• Digital marketing services can be cancelled with 14 days notice
• Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days

• Clients receive usage rights as specified in service agreements

• Client logos and trademarks are used only with permission

9. Limitation of Liability

TTMDxB's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Third-party actions or force majeure events
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Changes in government regulations or venue policies

10. Force Majeure

TTMDxB is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather
• Government regulations and travel restrictions
• Venue closures or cancellations
• Celebrity or talent unavailability due to health or legal issues

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Dubai, UAE
• UAE law governs these terms and conditions
• Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction
• English language versions of agreements take precedence

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Client data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection laws. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide services.

13. Amendments

TTMDxB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Work-in-progress will be delivered in current state
