Day visitors are welcome for the restaurants, AWAKEN Spa, Aquaventure Waterpark, The Lost World Aquarium and the diving and animal experiences. If you're visiting someone staying at the resort, that in-house guest must register you at main reception beforehand, and security will ask for their full name and room number. Aquaventure and the individual outlets set their own rules — including their own unaccompanied-minor age, which the resort's own pages state inconsistently, so check the waterpark's page before you travel.
