Who we are & what we do

TTMDxB is a brand of Talent Tricks Marketing Management, a marketing management company. We operate an events discovery, promotion and booking platform for nightlife and experiences across Dubai and the UAE. We are not an event organiser, promoter of record or a licensed ticketing company. Events are produced and operated by their respective licensed venues and organisers, and tickets are sold and fulfilled by licensed ticketing partners (including Platinum List), whose terms and refund policies apply to your purchase.

Where TTMDxB markets an event and offers a guest list or booking on this site, we provide the marketing and booking facilitation; the event itself remains the responsibility of the operating venue or organiser. These Terms govern your use of our platform and the booking services we facilitate.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to attend the events you book (see each event's age policy).

Tickets, guest lists & entry

• A ticket or guest-list pass is a limited licence to attend, subject to the venue's and organiser's rules.
• Bring a valid photo ID; entry may be refused without it, or for breach of the dress code or venue policy.
• Guest-list places are subject to capacity and door discretion and do not guarantee entry.
• Do not resell tickets above face value or in breach of the organiser's rules.

Prices, payments & refunds

• Prices are shown in the event's currency and confirmed before you pay. Fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed on secure hosted checkouts by our partners; we don't store your card details.
• Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Partner-fulfilled tickets follow the partner's refund policy — see Platinum List's Terms & Conditions (Customers); events booked directly with TTMDxB follow these Terms.
• If an event is cancelled or materially changed, refunds or transfers are handled by the organiser or ticketing partner.

Affiliate disclosure

Where tickets are fulfilled by Platinum List or another partner, TTMDxB may earn a commission on completed sales. This never changes the price you pay.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no fraud, scraping, interference with its operation, infringement of others' rights, or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The TTMDxB name, logo and site content are owned by Talent Tricks Marketing Management or its licensors. Event artwork and details belong to the respective organisers. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

Events are produced and run by their licensed organisers and venues. As a marketing and booking platform, TTMDxB is not the organiser or licensee of the events listed and is not responsible for the event experience, line-up changes, cancellations or venue conduct. The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTMDxB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount of any fee you paid to TTMDxB for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
