This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Tricks Marketing Management (“TTMDxB”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use ttmdxb.com and our services. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable Dubai regulations.

Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and mobile number when you register or verify your account.
  • Booking & ticketing data — the events you view, guest-list RSVPs, orders, tickets and passes.
  • Payment data — card payments are processed by our payment partners on their secure hosted checkout. We do not store your full card details.
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP address and usage analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

  • To create and secure your account and verify your identity;
  • To process bookings, issue tickets and guest-list passes, and manage door check-in;
  • To provide customer support and send booking confirmations and service messages;
  • To operate, improve and secure the site, and to understand which events are popular;
  • To send you marketing about events where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only as needed to run the service, including with:

  • Ticketing & event partners such as Platinum List, who fulfil ticket sales for many listings and apply their own privacy policies;
  • Payment processors who handle card payments securely;
  • Technology providers for hosting, messaging (email / SMS / WhatsApp verification), push notifications and analytics;
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics/measurement tools (including the Meta Pixel) to understand usage and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
