. At Dubai’s FireLake Grill House, Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM are dedicated to a vibrant FireLake brunch inspired by deep South cities in the USA.
This Southwestern-themed experience features a curated selection of hot and cold small plates, alongside live BBQ and wood-fired stations serving smoky, grilled specialities. Guests can enjoy a seafood tower featuring prawns, mussels, oysters, and more, complemented by free-flowing beverages, including Southern-style cocktails and classic favourites.
